Please review Central Jersey Youth Soccer Association & MSSL conditions:

  

• I agree to play CJYSA, in-flight, league game schedule (used to qualify for State Cup) using NJYS player passes, as required.  I will not attempt to use USCLUB passes for these games.  Failure to play my CJYSA games, either on scheduled days or by make up, will result in forfeiture of my bond, unless exemption has been given by the age group coordinator.

 

• I agree to send in my NJYS validated roster to the league administrator, as required.  If I am an out of state team, I will obtain an out of state roster packet from NJYS, and register my team with NJYS as required, and will send in my NJYS validated out of state roster to the league administrator.

 

• I agree to adhere to the rules of NJYS when playing under NJYS passes, paying particular attention to player transfer rules.

 

• I agree to request certificates of insurance from the proper organizations for field use.  This means requesting certificates of insurance from NJYS (or USYSA affiliated organizations) as well as USCLUB, if I am carded with both organizations.

 

• I agree that if I choose to become USCLUB carded, I will use those passes in MSSL crossover league games (MSSL has been introduced as the league name for games played with USCLUB cards to eliminate confusion for fall 2005), and not CJYSA, in-flight, league games.

 

• I agree to send in my US Club roster to the league administrator when I register my team with US Club.

 

• I agree I will be prepared by having an appropriate referee game card available (CJYSA/MAPS for Youth Soccer and MSSL for US Club), along with the appropriate game day roster and corresponding player passes for all league games.

 

• I agree I will work with the referee game report after all league matches.

 

 

I agree to the conditions set above.  Compliance is required for all teams participating in CJYSA/MAPS/MSSL.  I understand failure to comply with league requirements may result in the league withdrawing a future participation invitation for my team.  I further understand that I will not be permitted to register my team unless I agree to the conditions set forth above by CJYSA and MSSL.
